Necromancer Defense
During my third year, we were tasked with a two-week game creation challenge. The concept was to randomly draw three verb cards, select two, and build a game around those two verbs. While the details of the third card have faded from memory, the verbs "raise" and "command" stood out to us. And what embodies the essence of both "raise" and "command" more fittingly than a necromancer?
Necromancer Defense is a thrilling twist on the classic lane defense genre, where you embody the power of an all-powerful necromancer. Instead of defending against the horde, you unleash the undead upon the human forces. With each wave, you are granted a set amount of mystical mana to expend on raising an army of the departed. With your expert command, you guide your legions down each lane, raining destruction upon the hapless defenders in an attempt to conquer the land and progress to the next level of the game.







Personal Contribution.
As a dedicated member of the team, I assumed a multifaceted role that encompassed both musical composition and project management. My responsibilities included crafting the musical score for the game and ensuring that the team's workflow was on track. I took the initiative to set up regular meetings and effectively managed the deadlines for each team member to ensure that everyone was on track to meet our ultimate goal. By juggling these tasks, I played a crucial role in ensuring that our project was a success.
